So if you’d signed up for the 3 hour wait for the rollercoaster, you couldn’t do anything else or you’d lose your place in that queue. It’s all very well saying you can tap on and then go and do something else while you wait but all of the rides needed you to tap in and wait. You could barley see the water for all the people in it, the ride queues where up to 3 hours and then just said full so you didn’t end up getting to do them at all. They seriously over-subscribed the day we went and it was just awful. We’ve been to most of the renowned water parks around the world and this was by far the worst. After a couple of hours decided to call it a day especially when quite a rough family were edging closer and closer to our beds (they didn't have enough), and we didn't trust them not to use our towels or belongings if we left them. Son went off to try and do thrill rides but ended up only doing 2 due to queues and he also used Tapu Tapu watch. Two of us went on lazy river which took a while to find a tyre and was far too busy to enjoy! Constantly bumping into others I paid 18dollars for 3 which was a complete rip off and more expensive than typhoon lagoon. Then I had to try and find out where to hire towels from and due to inadequate sign posts this took a while. Firstly had long walk to find 3 sunbeds together which we eventually did and lucky enough to get an umbrella too.
All signs around the park stated park was at full capacity so we knew it would be busy. We didn't arrive until 11am due to us not understanding the bus system in Universal 🙄.
